Business Analysis

Strategic Planning

Our specification process always starts with a requirements gathering process. During this phase, we work with you to gain a thorough understanding of your business' situation: the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats it faces, as well as your overall goals, Using this information, we'll then identify specific aims for your new website project. We also establish what the key measures of success would be and - perhaps most importantly - what the user requirements and expectations might be.

Gaining this understanding from the word go is critical to ensuring that the end product meets your expectations and the end users' needs. After this initial period of consultation, we'll produce a Statement of Work, which details the precise scope of the project, the exact phases and how long each part of the project will take.
